Taking my previous skills into an education role ( HE Lecturer) and looking to support and inspire others in the future of Healthcare in the UK. I am currently an Explorer Scout Leader (Young Leaders), supporting delivery of the modular training programme for around 80 14-18yr olds pa and District Appointments Advisory Chair; trustee responsibilities for safe recruitment, around 250 adults pa. Mentoring future leaders, in a National Scout Programme.
