Dr. Banafshe earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA, a post-graduate masters degree in physiology from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, and his medical degree from the Western University of the Health Sciences –Pomona. After completing his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center, he practiced as a hospitalist in southern California before joining our practice in 2006, where he is certified as an urgent care provider.
