I am a qualified person centred counsellor who also uses cognitive behavioural skills.I specialise in drug and alcohol abuse either currently in addiction or in recovery. Recovery is possible but requires a good team to achieve this.I am a caring and empathic and an open minded person looking to work alongside you to support you. I have worked with a range of clients who have struggled to cope with anxiety, low self esteem, addictions etc. I work in Berkhamsted and Amersham for face to face meetings and can also offer meetings online through Zoom or FaceTime.
