Mr Paul Hadway is a Consultant Urological Surgeon based in Reading. He went on to pursue a clinical research fellowship focused on developing penile conserving surgical procedures for penile cancer and urethral stricture disease. He received his MSc in urology from the University of London in 2006 and published his thesis on dynamic sentinel lymph node biopsy in penile cancer patients.He then trained in urology in the Oxford Deanery, followed by a year-long fellowship at the Royal Brisbane and Womens Hospital in Queensland, Australia. During this period, he concentrated on robotic pelvic oncology, working with world-renowned robotic surgeon Geoff Coughlin. When he returned to the UK, he worked under the supervision of Mr Pete Malone and Asif Muneer, focusing on both benign and malignant diseases of the penis, as well as the management of urethral stricture disease.
