I am a driven pharmacist with 3 years managerial experience who is commercially astute and focused on excellent patient care whilst motivating and training colleagues to achieve challenging goals. As I am very passionate about healthcare, I was one of the very first cohorts to have completed the Mary Seacole NHS Leadership programme. I have since used this to further improve my managerial and leadership skills to implement the current and future NHS pharmacy vision and in my current role in Clinical Trials.
