As a dedicated professional, Dr. Rana is actively engaged in her field and stays up to date with the latest advancements and best practices. Dr. Rana is a therapeutic and glaucoma certified optometrist, her mission is to provide outstanding patient care and service to her community. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Riverside. Having enjoyed her studies in health sciences, she went on to earn her Doctorate degree in Optometry from the Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas. Through her internship, Dr. Rana gained experience in primary care, pediatrics, ocular disease treatment, vision therapy, specialty contact lens fitting, and low vision care. She has worked with optometrists in private and commercial settings, as well as with Ophthalmologists in treating Lasik and cataract patients. Dr. Rana is a member of American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and New York State Optometric Association. Outside of the office, Dr. Rana enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.
