Tinley Chen, MMSc, PA-C is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. Tinley graduated from NYU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and earned her Master of Medical Science degree at The Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, she served as a dermatology clinical research coordinator at Mount Sinai and a medical assistant in a medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology practice, during which time she became passionate about dermatology and published several journal articles. She has since served as an investigator on over a dozen clinical trials for conditions including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, acne, and rosacea. She has extensive experience treating a wide spectrum of dermatologic conditions including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, warts, and alopecia. She is committed to practicing a patient-centered, evidence-based approach in order to improve the quality of life and health of her patients. She is an active member of The American Academy of Physician Assistants, The Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and The New York State Society of Physician Assistants.
