Currently, I am working as a Consultant Psychiatrist for people with learning disabilities in South Ayrshire, Scotland. I am also working as a Designated Medical Practitioner for Scottish Mental Welfare Comission As a Consultant Psychaitrist my main areas of work are: 1. Assessment and Management of mental health problems in people with learning disabilities in the Inpatient, Outpatient and community settings. 2. Assessment and Management of Epilepsy and Dementia in people with learning disabilities. 3. Medico legal work in the form of mental health Act, Adults with Incapacity Act, court reports and expert witness work. 4. Assessment of mental health and behavioral problems in people with learning disability. 5. Assessment of Forensic issues like sexual offending and violence in people with learning disability.
