Dr Olubi earned her medical degree from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos in Nigeria. She completed a full rotational internship at San Fernando General Hospital, Trinidad, West Indies, and Pediatric Internship at the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center which was followed by a residency in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the HealthPartners Institute for Graduate Medical Education at Regions Hospital, St Paul Minnesota. She obtained her Master in Public Health from the University of Minnesota.
