An experienced Adult Psychiatrist and Analytical Psychologist with a wide ranging clinical, research and operational background and a particular interest in Complex Emotional Needs (personality disorder), social psychiatry and relational practice. Held a number of senior leadership and operational positions in the NHS and VCSE including Clinical Lead and Acting Clinical Director in West London NHS Trust as well as Chair of the Cassel Hospital Charitable Trust and Co-President of The British and Irish Group for the Study of Personality Disorder. I have worked as Clinical Advisor to NHS England, RCPsych and NIHR Mental Health Policy Research Unit to develop policy relating to adult community mental health services.
