I am a customer-centric Pharmacist accountable for daily management of pharmacy and overseeing all aspects of operation. I am responsible for executing daily pharmacist duties which involves dispensing, counselling both for adult and paediatric patients, providing customers and patients with information regarding prescriptions and OTC medications and communicating with medical staff on appropriateness of prescription drug order. I have an outstanding track record of success in problem-solving and acting as a bridge between customers and business stakeholders to deliver excellence customer service. I work well within teams and built a positive relationship with stakeholders at all levels. I have the ability to work under pressure and using my own initiatives to meet stringent deadlines with a holistic view using a flexible and methodological approach. I have taken on roles of responsibilities to deal with customers and looking for a new challenge in an exciting organization.
