Second Year Biomedical Science Student at Sussex. My Curiosity Regarding our human Condition especially the living state has led me to this course as it focuses on the fundamentals of the human body in Health and disease. Last Year I covered many exciting topics such as Molecular Biology, cell Biology, Biochemistry, human physiology, human disease, metabolism, pharmacology & various Lab Techniques Such as Gel electrophoresis, chromatography, ELISA, EMSA, Spectrophotometry, Microscopy and many more. I also currently work as a Certified Pharmacy Dispenser At Boots, I Hold a Level 2/SCQF level 5 in Pharmacy and Healthcare That has been accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council. In my Spare time, I volunteer in a Molecular Neuroscience Research Lab at my university which gave me an insight into what it is like being a Researcher on a day-to-day basis as well as the various Molecular Biology techniques that I got to learn and perform such PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, Gel Extraction, Miniprep, Cell passaging.
