Dr. Nicole Salame is a board-certified and fellowship-trained medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologist with specialized training in Mohs micrographic surgery. She attended UCLA for college on numerous scholarships, graduating Cum Laude. She earned her MD from UCI School of Medicine, graduating with induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society. She then completed dermatology residency at Emory University, where she served as chief resident, followed by fellowship in cosmetic and laser dermatologic surgery at SkinCare Physicians under the exceptional mentorship of innovators in the field of cosmetic dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery. Dr. Salame's scholarly work has culminated in the authorship of over 30 peer-reviewed manuscripts and book chapters and more than 40 presentations at national conferences. She currently practices cosmetic, surgical, and general dermatology at OSVI Dermatology and Surgery Institute in Manhattan Beach, California. Her interests include lasers and energy-based devices, injectables, cosmeceuticals, rejuvenation, and prejuvenation.
