Received Bachelor’s of Science degree in Adult Nursing with Honors (2:1) from the University of Hertfordshire in 2019. I started my career straight off in Intensive Care as a Registered Staff Nurse with Level 2 & 3 patients, and worked alongside that as a Sepsis Link Nurse within Intensive and Intermediate Care to provide up-to-date knowledge to fellow colleagues. Experience working as a Nurse within Germany and Switzerland within the Intensive Care Unit and Surgical Transplant Team (for Lungs, kidneys, liver and pancreas). Experience leading small teams within Intensive and Intermediate Care as well as in the Transplant Department. Determined, driven and eager to learn new skills and improve evidence-based practice to make a difference. I am a native/fluent in English and Serb/Croat, and also hold a B2-Niveau language certificate in German.
