Power generation in emerging markets is a passion of mine. I operate in Asia, Eastern Europe but with 15 years experience, my niche is Sub-Saharan Africa. Francophone Africa) >Construction, track record is key, successful construction professionals are challenging to source especially when factoring in specific technology and language requirements. > Operations, once an asset is constructed in order to deliver results satisfying investors and ppa requirements you need a stable, skilled O&M team. I network constantly within the market, staying abreast of the most recent developments. I keep regular contact with decision makers within the sector, discussing current trends and yes a bit of good old fashioned market gossip.
