Dr. Puyau is a Jacksonville native, graduating from Bishop Kenny High School. He then went on to study exercise physiology at the University of Florida before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida where he graduated summa cum laude. Dr. Puyau uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient's lives, whether they are having problems with back pain, neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning. He puts emphasis on corrective exercises and physical therapy stretches in addition to other services in the office such as massage, acupuncture, laser therapy, and spinal traction/decompression.
