Dr. Nandita Gupta received her medical degree from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College at the University of Delhi. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, followed by a fellowship in cardiology at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon where she also served as the chief fellow. Following fellowship training, Dr. Gupta was recruited to the Northwest Cardiovascular Institute (NWCI) where she is currently a practicing cardiologist and partner. She is board certified in Cardiology, Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology. In addition to general cardiology, her areas of interest include prevention and treatment of coronary artery disease, heart failure and heart disease in women. Over the years in addition to providing great cardiovascular care to her patients, Dr. Gupta has served in many leadership positions. This year, she has been elected by her peers as the Section Chair for Cardiology at Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital.
