I'm a Future of Work geek. My passion is to create sustainable, human and growth-minded workplaces where people are inspired to experiment, collaboratively problem solve, harbour curiosity and to create an insatiable desire to continuously learn. I have worked with big brands and ambitious companies to transform their workplace experience and businesses. I endeavour to recalibrate mindset, culture and behaviours which in turn creates improved experiences whilst adopting new technologies, embracing Agile and working with current as well as nurturing future leaders. My mission is to transform businesses to focus on the experiences it delivers to its people and customers. At Avanade, it’s been about reimagining work, workspaces and the workforce so technology augments people capabilities. At PwC, I've shaped the firm's thinking on EX and worked towards building a network of experience evangelists. I aid clients to garner insight from experience data which helps to uncover employee traits, states and preferences with Agile thinking methodology to design better journeys and experiences for their people. It is of the highest priority that I work with and within a fair and inclusive team. In my role as a Colour Brave Champion, I am able to orchestrate and lead PWC’s in-house racial inclusivity movement. I work with business leadership to shape and deliver PwC’s 5-point diversity and inclusion plan for our 900+ people (in People & Organisation) across the UK. I’m extremely proud of our achievements in grassroots action which aims to tackle racial bias through conversations about race, personal experience analysis and Allyship initiatives. In my (almost) twenty years’ experience in business transformation I have worked and consulted across a range of industries which includes financial services, life sciences, healthcare, government, media, charity and the arts. I have degrees in Marketing, Social Anthropology, Literature and Economics. I currently work from my home in North London which I share with my partner and two bossy cats.
