My name is Mr Naheed Damani. I am a qualified pharmacist with over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. I have a great range of experiences from hands on work at UCLH hospital pharmacy, to researching novel chemotherapeutic options available in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma at Palermo university. Currently I am working as a pharmacist within several different companies through which I rotate on a daily basis. I am very adaptable, passionate, a great communicator, team player and trouble shooter these are the skill which allow me to excel at what I do. I have taken the opportunity develop other components of my pharmaceutical knowledge by attending TOPRA courses that have furthered my insight of the regulatory aspects of drug development, and shown me how new and existing drugs are brought to new markets. I enjoy learning and developing new skills and discovering that there is more to the pharmaceutical industry than I had first envisaged, excites me. I have over 4 years experience in the sales field for Phones4U, prior to studying pharmacy. I have been awarded salesperson of the year 3 years in a row and this is an achievement that I am very proud of. The role allowed me to develop my people skills and interpersonal skills as well as negotiating skills which I actively use in my role as a pharmacist today.
