I am a relational Gestalt practitioner, which means I work in ways which attend to sensitivities such as shame, & use support to build ground in the working alliance. - As an Educator, I train professionals in the theory and practice of Gestalt therapy. – As a Career coach, I utilise a unique system I have designed, which means I can guarantee the outcome of identifying someone's ideal career path, in 1 extended session. - As an Organisation Development Consultant and Executive Coach I address systemic dynamics, organisational culture, & bring a range of techniques and applications to transformation at each level of the organisation. – As a Family Constellation facilitator, I work with intergenerational issues to highlight, address, & resolve the context in which individual issues arise. – As a Men's Work facilitator, I run men's groups, address relationship issues, & have written a book for men about relationships with women. – As a researcher (Phd) on the interpersonal dynamics of power, I address the way it is used constructively or destructively. I am a guild member of the Right Use of Power Institute & accredited facilitator. – As a spiritual practitioner, I bring 40 years of experience to addressing spiritual & psychological issues. I am director of a Masters of Spiritual Psychology & teach a unique workshop on the topic. Since 2000 I have been teaching in a range of countries - Mexico, Colombia, the USA, Europe, China, Japan, & Korea. My main focus currently is China. I am developing the Unvirtues Project - exploring ways in which greater ownership of the shadow can lead to a more authentic life & deeper relationships.
