I have worked as psychiatrist for over 30 years. I have higher specialist training in psychiatry of Intellectual Disability. I have published over 100 papers in peer review journals. Research interests; Genetics, psychological trauma, intellectual disability, psychological interventions. I have two NIMH funded research projects to examine genetic variation underlying mental illness in Pakistan.
