I Worked in busy working pharmacy and gained hands on experience of buzy pharmacy operations. Working closely with the pharmacy manager to provide a highly efficient and timely service to our customers whilst managing a team of sale assistants and dispensers. I was responsible for delivering expert pharmaceutical counsel, support, services to diverse range of patients. Dealing with multiple reqsuests for help and advices in an efficient and courteous manner whilst adhering to strict patient confidentiality protocol. Dispense prescribed medications for both In-Patients and Out Patients as well as dispensing over the counter medications for minor ailments the approval of duty pharmacist. Provide advice and recommendation to patients on best course of treatments for minor ailments, whilst ensuring the products recommended is suitable and safe whilst considering their current medicine routine. Oversee stock order, stock check and general upkeep of the pharmacy, support and coach retail support staff ensuring staff are adhering to standard operating procedures whilst ensuring continuous improvements in the delivery of our services and safeguard high standards of care. I was also responsible for dealing with customer queries, and general admin duties, maintaining customer records and answering phone call queries from both customers and suppliers.
