Focus, veracity and reliability are at the core of my pharmacy career. As the manager of a fast-paced, high street pharmacy in Doncaster, I encourage only the best practice and values from my colleagues. My wealth of experience in sales and healthcare have led me to understand the importance of cohesive teamwork, organisation and strategic planning. Through demonstrating my own adaptability and work ethic, I am fostering a motivated atmosphere amongst my team in order to provide patient-centred services whilst exceeding targets. The achievement of Superdrug's Pre-registration Pharmacy Student of the Year Award has been the highlight of my career thus far; this recognition of my work ethic and drive to perform speaks in and of itself.
