I am a highly motivated, passionate and driven pharmacist with a desire to support patient safety and experience. Currently working as a pharmacist specialist for the Care Quality Commission with a special interest in Medicines optimisation in Adult Social care and Primary care. I work as a consulting pharmacist for a small GP practice undergoing turnaround and patient safety work, supporting with policies, safety initiatives and operational delivery of safe care. I have recently completed a level 5 diploma on operational management with distinction and count communication skills, motivational support and workplace coaching as my standout skills. I am a passionate advocate for supporting wellbeing in the workplace.
