I am a consultant psychiatrist and group analytic psychotherapist with many years of experience as a clinician in inpatient and community settings. My last role in the NHS was as consultant psychiatrist to a specialist psychotherapy service where I conducted analytic and mentalisation-based therapy groups. I am now the medical lead for Awakn London, a clinic developing psychedelic assisted therapies. My approach is informed by the understanding that many of the problems we experience, as well as the resources to improve these, can be found in our relationships with others.
