I am pharmacist passionate about patient-centred care. I work within a mental health setting striving to improve patient access to care and best treatments. I also teach undergraduate pharmacy students, pharmacy practice to have an impact on future pharmacists. I have recently gained qualification as an pharmacist independent prescriber and I aim to use this to further improve my ability to care for patients by improving their access to treatment. Medicines optimisation for best patient outcomes and reducing medication waste will be my priorities.
