A reflective and empathetic practitioner, with excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to varied and complex cases in a person centred manner. Improving the lives and health of adults and children with learning disabilities, through meaningful occupation and increased social opportunities has been the focus of my career. Completing a MSc has allowed me to explore my clinical interests in more depth and instilled an interest in research, which I plan to build upon during my career. I am highly motivated to be involved with student education and enjoy supervising and developing staff of all grades. At the current time I am undertaking further post graduate training in Sensory Integration.
