As a community pharmacist of over 10 years I have gained extensive retail experience and have developed proficient management and operational skills. Responsibilities have included: managing and developing a new pharmacy, promoting the performance of the existing pharmacy business, successfully passing GPhC inspections, pre-registration tutoring and training staff and the provision of healthcare advice and services in response to patients and customers whilst maintaining professional standards and a high level of customer care throughout.
