I am an experienced International Couple & Individual Psychosexual Therapist (PG Dip) (Tavistock trained), MBACP & COSRT registered, with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. I have a wide range of clinical experience from both the public and private sectors with a background of over 14 years in the field of personal development and 8 years in applied Psychology. I work across a range of private and public sector (NHS).​ ​My work is informed by Existentialist and Humanistic theory and Principles, Zen Therapy, Focusing, Body Psychotherapy, Psychosexual Couple Therapy and Psycho-Physiology of trauma. ​My clients are from all over the world with varied multi-cultural backgrounds, of all ages, often expats, (which comes with a very specific set of challenges in itself.​ I am truly grateful for the fact I do what I love. The Psychosexual lens is raw, powerful, unique. It is a most powerful tool to work with, and no stone is left unturned. We look at every single dimension of your life; the biology, psychology, spirituality, and physiology as well as one’s present, past and past ancestry.
