Dr Matina Sotrilli is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in adult mental health, both within the NHS and private organisations in London. She provides psychological therapy and counselling sessions to patients. She is specialised in treating clients with a wide variety of mental health issues and also in eating disorders and the factors that influence peoples relationship with food. Dr Sotrilli uses several treatments with her patients, however, she is a specialist in the application of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She believes that peoples needs are very specific and cannot necessarily be met by one therapeutic model. Her holistic approach along with her experience allows her to choose the best treatment for the patient, in order to maximise their benefit. Matina is also involved in teaching, currently supervising trainees and qualified psychologists. She is an accredited member of British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and abides by their code of conduct and ethics.
