As an experienced Nurse Executive Leader, I am known for my strong patient advocacy, service orientation, and for driving nursing excellence. I’ve been recognized for being mission-inspired, compassionate and for my collaborative leadership style combined with a strong, diverse administrative skillset—and for my insight and energy. My executive level experience includes not-for-profit and faith based organizations, facility based and multi-hospital health systems, union and non-unionized settings. As a patient care leader I have experience leading multi-site clinical operations with operational budgets exceeding $200M and leading diverse teams of 300-1500 patient care professionals. I am adept at managing change and ambiguity in complex, union and matrixed healthcare delivery systems and developing and implementing best practices, innovative patient care initiatives, policies and procedures. I am a Robert Wood Johnson Executive Fellow Alumni currently enrolled in Arizona State DNP College of Nursing Innovation Leadership program.
