Throughout the 20+ years of my career, I have provided strategic leadership for all nursing and nursing-related to multiple patient care specialties. I have demonstrated my ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and operational clients on new initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes in quality, performance improvement, and patient safety. I have innovated award-winning patient education information and an innovative transitional nursing residency academy while serving on numerous nursing committees, councils, and boards. My experience in leading accreditation activities, Magnet® designation, and high acumen of shared governance has allowed for appropriate utilization and maximization of resources to enrich service delivery.
