I am an experienced pharmacist with excellent customer services and sales abilities. I developed my skills and knowledge through working in varied work environments; this improved my professional and personal attributes. I worked for Seven years as a full time pharmacist in addition to locuming at different pharmacies inside and outside London. Furthermore, I am an Italian citizen who practiced this profession in Italy for two years. As a responsible pharmacist I have developed the ability to speak with clients, manage the pharmacy, answer health-related questions, help customers make over-the-counter choices as well as explaining appropriate use and potential side effects of prescribed medications and identifying potential interactions. My employers have recognised my abilities resulting in improved sales and customer satisfaction. I would like to think I have developed good communication skills with both doctors and patients and can perform repetitive tasks. In addition, I have a strong business sense and extensive clinical knowledge of prescriptions and OTC medicines which I would like to bring to your company. I have relevant further qualifications e.g. NHS repeat dispensing services and medicines usage review (MURs) assessment. This is a profession I have enjoyed through my years of experiences.
