I am very passionate about my job. I am a hard worker, quick learner and flexible person, which allows me to quickly adapt to any new challenge in my career. As a locum pharmacist in London, I gained valuable experience and I am been exposed to a wide range of situations, which helped me improve my portfolio and maintain high standards of service even under pressure. Every conversation is important, and having always a patient-centred approach and a genuine interest in helping people, I am actively involved in empowering them about their well-being. Through numerous consultations with patients daily, I have gained a significant amount of confidence and expertise. One of my key strengths is actively listening to their needs allowing them time to reflect, moving forward with a proactive attitude to solving their health issues, agreeing to shared management and giving a safety net at the end of the consultation. In order to better assist patients, I chose to participate in the CPPE mental health course. This training helped me to direct patients to the professional services available for their specific needs. Additionally, the CPPE Deprescribing opioids for chronic pain training was a valuable resource for contributing to patient safety and well-being. In addition, I completed the CPPE COPD and Hypertension focal points to provide proper guidance to patients suffering from these major diseases worldwide. I believe in the importance of teamwork and strive to create a friendly work environment with my colleagues and other health professionals. I naturally build positive relationships that lead to an effective and efficient work environment.
