Pharmacist with experience in Homecare (Peritoneal Dialysis, Home Haemodialysis and Home Parenteral Nutrition) Pharmacy. My work experiences and education have developed me to be well organised, communicate effectively and remain composed in even the most stressful situations. I enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team, and my current role and training has developed me to be a strong Lead Pharmacist. I have a strong passion for patient’s wellbeing, which is in line with my duty of care outlined in the code of practice. I believe this attitude has passed on to the colleagues I work with. I continuously seek new, efficient and innovative ways to deliver the best possible outcomes for my patients.
