Our mental health is a process, not a destination. And healing does not have to be linear. Whether it be processing trauma, figuring out a life transition, or needing a safe place to express your feelings, our time together is meant to help you find the most effective way to move forward for you. By building a relationship centered on safety, authenticity, and collaboration, I help to foster an environment where you can begin to explore, heal, and grow. You will also occasionally see my dog, Delaney, stop by to make sure we are staying on track!In our sessions we will work together to identify the main problems in your life and how we can incorporate skills, self care, and self-compassion. During our time I will offer empathy as well as hold you accountable by identifying unhelpful patterns. We will reframe, challenge, and give yourself space to move through these changes we are tackling together!I am always open to working with anyone who feels they are ready for this process. I would love to have a conversation with you to see if we would be a good fit. Taking that first step can be intimidating but doing so could lead to a journey of healing!
