I work with adults and older teens seeking assistance with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, substance use, life transitions, and identity development and change. I also welcome clients who are simply seeking growth, greater self-understanding, or a deeper sense of meaning and well-being in their lives; therapy does not always have to be about fixing a problem. Additionally, I have training and background in working with individuals who have experienced non-ordinary states of consciousness, and welcome clients who are seeking to integrate experiences; positive, confusing, or difficult.I strive to create a warm, open environment where clients feel safe and understood. I utilize an integrative, strength-based, and person-centered approach informed by attachment theory, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapies.
