For the past 10 years, I have been working with children, adolescents, young adults and teenagers to address some of the following: anxiety, avoidance, depression, developing coping skills, sleep hygiene and providing interventions for ADHD. During our sessions together, we will work together on achieving obtainable goals in the areas you’d like to work on, whether it is in the home, school or other settings. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as; Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy , Behavioral therapy or Person-Focused therapy to work on the goals we set.
