A recent graduate of KUMC's HIM-MHSA accelerated program, proudly holding my RHIA credential and a Green Belt in Lean methodologies. With experience working with executive leadership on innovative and strategic initiatives during my residency at a world-renowned pediatric institute, I’ve led and trained cross-functional teams as a Branch Manager, handling day-to-day operations, HR, compliance, legal needs, revenue cycle, and more. Now, as an Administrative Fellow at Children’s Mercy, I’m eager to utilize my skills and relationships to grow as a future leader in healthcare. I’m excited to continue my fellowship until July 2025 and look forward to connecting with others who share my passion for advancing pediatric healthcare.
