I consider therapy a team effort--I work alongside my clients to help them achieve their goals collaboratively. I use unconditional positive regard, validation, and reframing to help my clients feel supported and accepted, as well as to help shift negative thought patterns. I believe my clients largely feel validated, supported, and encouraged by their sessions with me. I often hear that they feel "lighter," or "more at peace," particularly following work on their deeper issues. I work to identify roots underneath presenting symptoms for full healing of unresolved issues for lasting improvement of anxiety, triggering, flashbacks, or negative core beliefs, for example.
