Dr. Ortiz is a primary care physician with over twenty years of experience. He has worked in emergency rooms, outpatient centers, and hospitals. He has worked in many departments and has vast expertise in Diabetes, Hypertension Management, Hypothyroidism, Asthma, and other chronic illnesses. Dr. Ortiz received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico and his medical degree from the Universidad Central del Este School of Medicine in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. He joined Palm Medical Centers in 2023.
