I am a GP Clinical Pharmacist working within Blackpool CCG. I am also a University of Manchester pharmacy graduate, achieving a First Class (Hons) MPharm degree. I have achieved my PGCert in Advanced Community Pharmacy Practice with The University of Manchester in 2019, and am currently in cohort 12 of the CPPE PCPEP aiming to graduate with my IP between September-December 2024. I am also revalidating my travel vaccination training with Voyager, aiming to be fully re-trained by summer 2024. I have a special interest in chronic disease management in particular respiratory disease, palliative care, substance misuse and chronic pain. I regularly involve myself in organisation of vaccinations within the surgery and out in the community, including domiciliary visits. I also strongly believe in the importance of community pharmacy interventions in increasing positive health outcomes, hence why I still work as a locum pharmacist at weekends.
