Mr. ILari has completed his formal training in Ophthalmology in 1995. This has been followed by a Research Fellowship at St.Thomas’Hospital, London and two further Fellowships at the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead and Moorfields Eye Hospital, London specialising in Cornea, External Eye Diseases and Cataract/ Refractive Surgery. He has presented the results of his clinical research projects at national and international meetings and has regularly attended as a senior instructor in the surgical courses of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He has developed a particular expertise on external eye diseases, cornea, dry eyes, cataract surgery and treatment of presbyopia and astigmatism.
