I am an extremely passionate Pharmacist always striving for success with a strong desire to serve the community and build teams. I strive to give patients the best care possible, through continuous learning and development, to excel and improve patient outcome. I am an ethically driven and an insightful Pharmacist who is commited to improving patient care and safety by championing procedures. From starting my career in one of the UK’s largest leading multiple pharmacy chains, I have grown my skills in management, leadership, training and clinical governance. Throughout my career I have been approached to oversee pharmacy restructuring, rebuilding, and team development. My joy in Pharmacy, so far, has been training staff and observing their excellence. My greatest achievement, thus far, has been achieving the pharmacy of the year award through continuous achievement of KPI’s and maintaining excellent standards. I have a particular passion for pharmaceutics and medicines information. I recieve great satisfaction through clinical knowledge. The most important lesson being a Pharmacist has taught me is that every interaction has the the potential to change or save a life. So now, as a Outpatient Pharmacy Manager, the passion remains within me. There will be more to learn and build and I look forward to every moment.
