I am a fully trained and registered Psychotherapist/Psychodynamic therapist with a Foundation degree in Therapeutic Communications and Therapeutic Organisations, a BA in the same course and an MA in Psychodynamic Counselling all from the University of Essex. I have worked therapeutically in various settings including therapeutic children’s homes with young people and young adults with emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD), primary and secondary schools and in private practice. I have extensive experience of working with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. These are not limited to but include: depression, anxiety, stress, anger, phobias, obsessive compulsive behavioural disorder, body dysmorphia, panic attacks. My work has also encompassed working with clients who have experienced trauma as a consequence of one or more of the following: disability; loss; separation; neglect; emotional, social and economic deprivation; physical or sexual abuse.I offer an individualised integrative approach tailored to meet the needs of each client. I believe that this is important as every case is unique.
