I have 10+years in hospital pharmacy and 2+years in the digital medicines arena. I have lead the successful Trust-wide implementation of an ePrescribing system and am actively involved in national work surrounding the development of interoperable medicines to enable ePrescribing to connect with the wider health system to improve patient experience and safety. Independent prescriber primarily involved in the management of medications for patients with swallowing difficulties. Additional postgraduate education includes a diploma in secondary care clinical pharmacy and a certificate in healthcare management, leadership and innovation. My main interests are in the development and improvement of ePrescribing and the safe sharing of clinical information across care settings.
