Dr. Malhotra's mission is to provide state-of-the-art psychiatric care that combines a collaborative, warm approach with the most effective practices in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. She is a board certified adult psychiatrist who sees patients in private practice in the San Francisco Peninsula Bay Area. She provides therapy, medication management, assessments and consultations. In addition to her medical training, she draws on her background in psychology, philosophy, and cultural studies to think deeply about each patient from a holistic perspective. Currently she see patients virtually. Common conditions treated include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, phobias, panic, PTSD and ADHD/ADD. She did her residency in psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), medical school at Washington University in St. Louis, and undergraduate at Dartmouth College. She is a Bay Area native and enjoys serving this vibrant community.
