For over two years, I have been the Pharmacist Development Manager at PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd, where I lead the strategic creation, delivery, and implementation of professional qualification programs for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians across England, Scotland, and Wales. I have built a unique team and a strong strategy to support the career journeys of pharmacy professionals and grow the workforce capabilities in alignment with the company's vision and values. I am also an independent prescriber and a training program director for the foundation training program at Rowlands Pharmacy and Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW). In this role, I mentor and coach foundation pharmacists and their supervisors and oversee their training and assessment across pharmacy sites. Additionally, I represent the community pharmacy sector as a national CCA representative and a workforce development group member, where I collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to influence the pharmacy service agenda and outcomes. My passion is to lead, inspire, and empower pharmacy professionals to deliver high-quality and innovative services that benefit patients and communities.
