I have steadily improved my skillset throughout my career and continue to improve and learn every day. I am proud to work for the NHS and appreciate everyones role in a patients journey. I have 12 years experience in caring for patients in community and hospital setting and have excellent knowledge of what the service demands are and where we strive for improvement. I have had the pleasure to work with and provide care for an array of people from diverse backgrounds and have always felt an enormous sense of satisfaction that I have provided good patient care In line with our trust values. I consider myself to be a likeable and flexible employee with an array of experience in varied roles within the healthcare profession. I find it exciting to build new relationships with patients and colleagues and believe these relationships to be the foundation of a good care plan, which patients deserve. I am currently looking for a new challenge outside of my coordinator role.
