I help others in a holistic manner, connecting their mind, body, and spirit. With a warm and compassionate approach I hold space for others to explore their inner worlds. In my off time I enjoy taking my twins hiking and kayaking as well as meeting up with my friends for yoga. I use mindfulness and meditations in nature to help regulate my nervous system and can help lead my clients into mindfulness exercises too! I studied a type of therapy called Hakomi for two years which is a somatic therapy done in mindfulness. It helps by using physiological cues to lead us into deeper understandings of what is held onto in the body. I am part of a therapy practice called The Support Network, which has a dedicated team available to help with insurance and administrative support.
